Hello I am attempting to flash a PCI Express Development Kit, Stratix® II GX Edition device with a USB blaster The board is loaded and is recognized with the jungo driver. The usb blaster is loaded on with the correct driver. however I keep getting this error when flashing

Info: Started Programmer operation at Thu Jul 28 13:51:11 2011

Error: Device chain in Chain Description File does not match physical device chain -- expected 3 device(s) but found 2 device(s).

Error: Operation failed

Info: Ended Programmer operation at Thu Jul 28 13:51:12 2011

I have no idea what is causing it

The only device I installed are a USB blaster and a dev board. Anyone else seen this problem???
