Alternative for "EPM240T100I5N"

I am looking for an alternative for "EPM240T100I5N", Can anyone please suggest it.

The alternative should be in Active.

To be clear 5M240ZT100C5N is not a 100.0% direct drop in replacement for the EPM240T100I5N.

It is very close but there is a difference in core voltage (1.8V vs 3.3V) and a minor pin difference (pin 1, GND vs I/O).

But it is as close as you will get to a newer generation replacement in an active part.

As to availability, well, that remains to be seen. Virtually no FPGA parts from any vendor are available in stock anywhere right now.
