Arria V GX ethernet connect causing router issues

Hello, I am running the AN647 Reference Design on my Arria V GX, and whenever I plug the FPGA into my router, and it is just listening for packets to be sent, all other devices on my routers ethernet connection stop recognizing the ethernet. My router's wifi still works, but the ethernet does not. If anyone has run into this issue, suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My router is the XFinity provided modem/router.

Hi,

I assume the AN647 design's ethernet link is still up after connecting to the router, if this is the case, you might need to check the routing setting if there is any security setting that may cause the problem.
