BGA has no resistance value

Our company's production line test found that PCBAs have no function, and the measured board has no resistance value. ABA verification shows that the undesirable phenomenon follows BGA,

BGA monomer has no resistance value. Now we need the original factory to provide suggestions and analysis results for the undesirable materials, thanks.

Hello,

May I know what is the symptom you observed when power up the board?

Can the FPGA enter configuration mode, completed configuration and enter user mode?

regards,

Farabi
