Hi,

There is application note <AN 454 - Application Note for Implementing PLL Reconfiguration in Stratix III and Stratix IV Devices> available at:

The application note refers to design Files for Stratix IV Devices named <an454_altpll_dynphase_de2_SIV.zip> (page 15 of the app note).

In page 1, It’s noted that the design examples are available for download from:

http://www.altera.com/literature/lit-an.jsp

The link is dead. 

Can you provide me the file or the new link if exists to download It?
