Altera Stratix 10 supports HBM2: https://www.altera.com/products/sip/memory/stratix-10-mx/overview.html and https://www.altera.com/products/sip/memory.html

DDR5 spec is still a work in progress, so likely no FPGA support of DDR5 probably until late 2018 or 2019. DDR4 is the best you can do now.

Have not seen that Stratix 10 parts with integrated HBM2 memory are even sampling yet.

First Stratix 10 parts just started sampling about 6 mos ago or so. Some development boards with Stratix 10 are now available (as long as you have big bags of $$$).

Yes, HMB2 support in Stratix 10 MX device.

For more information about the external memory interface support scheme in Altera device, please refer to EMIF estimator tools.

I can't find any Stratix 10 MX boards available anywhere- could you point me in the direction of these development boards with HBM that are available now? Do you know of any release or pricing information for Stratix 10 MX boards that will be available (possibly through altera) in the future?
