What is the minimum data rate supported by L-tile Stratix 10 Transceivers using available clocking PLLs?

Hi HPB, If you refer to below S10 transceiver usage AN778 - table 2 (page 12). Lowest supported data rate is 1Gbps. https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/an/an778.pdf Error message should pop up as well if you configured data rate <1Gbps in NativePHY IP.
