I am looking for the pinout of a Legacy FPGA Pinout

EP20K300EFI672-2N

I am not able to find it in the Intel online Pinout site.

Does someone know how to get one from Intel?

Please help, thanks!

Jackie

Hi @Ash_R_Intel ,

The pin list just provides simple descriptions. If we'd like to connect it to multiple memory devices like RAM and flash or high speed interfaces like USB, do we have preferred pins for them? Try to find a development board as an example but am not able to find schematics. It will be great if you can provide schematics for the APEX DSP Development Board (Starter Version).

Also, would you provide the latest application notes below?

Application Note 117 Using Selectable IO Standards in APEX 20KE Devices

Application Note 120 Using LVDS in APEX 20KE

Thank you,

Tony

Hi,

It is not possible to get the dev kit schematics as the product is very old and discontinued. If you have the dev kit with you, it might have come with a CD-ROM. Please check in that. Attaching the AN117 and LVDS White paper, which I managed to somehow find.

Hi @Ash_R_Intel ,

We don't have the dev kit. For AN117, we found Ver 2.2.

Thanks,

Tony
