USB Blaster II deffective

Hi,

I recently ordered a USB Blaster II, but after spending considerable time trying to set it up and connect it to my laptop, I discovered it was defective. I’ve since ordered a replacement, which is now successfully connecting to my device.

I’m wondering if there’s any way to repair the defective unit at the hardware level, such as replacing the motherboard or daughterboard of the USB Blaster II.

Thank you,

Khoa

Hello,

If still under warranty, you may get replacement for the defective product.

Application Engineer will contact you to evaluate your issue.
