high input current with EPM3064A TQ44

Is there a condition that inputs of an EPM3064A-TQ44 sinks so much current that a comparator output (MAX9201) cannot set it to high level? This happens during testing when no clock input is active.

Hi,

something with programming was wrong. I don't know what it could have been. But after reprogramming - the same way as before and all the time - it works well.

Hi,

Can you elaborate more on this issue?

However, I found that you are using an obsolete device so I afraid there is no more support for this device.

Regards,

Aqid

Hello,

Does it mean the issue was resolved after you reprogramming the device?
