Does Eagle Stream cscript rev2218-6000-Build1078 support E3 processor?

As title, I initial cscritp rev2218-6000-build1078 with E3 CPU Q16W and get below infomation. look like rev2218 cannot idientify E3 cpu。

Does rev2218 support E3 CPU or Intel has the newer version?

So sorry, we finally found it is single board issue, after change another MLB, this issue doesn't occur .
