Hello,
Please make sure you have all the system requirements and prerequisites as per Release Notes: https://software.intel.com/sites/default/files/managed/0b/32/PSXE2016_Release_Notes_en_US_Lin_Win.pdf
Verify that all previous installations were removed before attempting the new installation, use uninstall.sh.
If you still have an issue - please attach an install log found in /tmp/intel.pset.$USER.$HOSTNAME_*.log and /tmp/intel.issa.$USER.$HOSTNAME_*.log

I meet all requirements and i used uninstall.sh to get rid of the old installation.
The compiler works perfectly fine and even a bit faster than the old version so I'm good for now. The other thing is that according to the company who sold me the compiler told me that I can install the compiler only 3 times overall. Is that really like that? I have the named licensece.
Thanks!

Yes, this is correct.
The ‘Named-user’ license provisions in the Intel software EULA have changed to only allow the software to be installed on up to three systems. The Named-user license for the Intel® Parallel Studio XE and Intel® System Studio products (beginning with the 2016 release) requires that you provide host ID information for the host computer that you install the materials on.

I downloaded the 30 day free trial of Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran and C++ Linux*. the license expired allready, and I am trying to download de 30 day trial again. The program seems to be intalled but it does not run. It shows a error file "intall.sh" which I don´t know what it means.
Please, help!

Remove all previous installations before attempting the new installation. Use uninstall.sh
