Several years ago we purchased a copy of Intel Visual Fortran. I'm unable to locate the CD and need to reinstall the compiler. Who do I get in touch with to get help with this and how do I reach them?

Hi There:

I am trying to update my existing Intel Parallel Syudio XE Composer Edition for Fortran Window from 2013 SP1 edition to the 2016 edition as below  

Intel® Parallel Studio XE 2016 Update 3 Composer Edition for Fortran Windows* (incl. Microsoft Visual Studio Shell and Libraries)

Unfortunately, either inputting my software serial number or using the existing license file, the installation stops with the error message:  "incompatible series number"  or "obtain a new license". I don't understand why the series number doesn't work for the installation. Please advice if I can do to fix this issue.
