License transfer help needed - License activation error mesages

We purchased the Fortran Composer license (Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE for Windows* with IMSL*) for one user in my company a bit more than a year ago, he might not have used his company domain to register this software. By the end of the the first year of use, the license got renewed and was transfered to another user in my company, now the second user is having error messages when she tried to active the renewed license.

Any help would be appreciated.

Could you please tell me the serial number or if not known the 8-digits number after theSN=SMSA in the license file?
