hi there
i'm stuck a step later, as i cannot submit terms and conditions.
Can not use the XDK, as i get no access to the tool.
already tried different browser (chrome, firefox)
on web SSO workaround https://appcenter.html5tools-software.intel.com/csd/Cloud-Services-Dashboard-SSO-Sign-Up.aspx
but had no luck.
How to fix this for Mac OSX El Capitan (10.11.1)
thanks for any hints.

We had another user that was experiencing this issue and I think it was being caused by two logins into our system with the same email address. I don't recall precisely, will ask a colleague who helped resolve that issue to comment.
Another thing to try is creating a new account with a new email address.

The issue appears to be with the + in your email address. Can you try creating a new account in the XDK with only numbers/letters and see if that helps you?

The issue with the '+' sign in the email address has been addressed and should no longer prevent you from using such an email address. Please let us know if you continue to experience problems with an email address that contains a '+' sign.
