Does ESXi work on NVME with VROC controller???

We are trying to buy the server but can't configure SSD SATA on the configurator. But we have an opportunity alternative to build the M2 NVME but don't know if it will work with ESXi?

I would be grateful for helpful replies. Thx.

Hello, Gabit.

Thank you for posting on the Intel Community Support forum.

I received your ticket regarding VROC and ESXi, and I will be helping you with this.

ESXi provides support for VROC RAID 1 volumes created using NVMe disks, no SATA disks are supported, and you can find more details in the VROC user guide for ESXi:

If I can help with anything please, just let me know, and I will follow up on June 16th in case I do not hear from you.
