FreeBSD pcm build failed "unable to find library -lPCM_STATIC"

Hello 

Could you advice on next steps to resolve pcm build issue on FreeBSD ? 

 

# ls
pcm
# cd pcm
# mkdir build
# cd build
# cmake ..
