Hello @liuzhiqiang

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

Could you please confirm the following details?

1- We understand that there are troubles detecting and connecting devices to the computer using Bluetooth. Is this correct?

2- Based on your description, we understand that you are using a third-party wireless card: Comfast* AX200 Wireless Network Card. Is this correct?

Is it a PCIe wireless card like the ones in these examples: Example 1*, Example 2*? Could you please share a link as a reference?

Did you integrate the wireless card on the computer?

3- What is the exact and full model of the ASUS* motherboard?

Best regards,

Andrew G.

2.4G Wireless and Bluetooth share an antenna, transmitter and frequency range. USB 3.0 uses the very same frequency range for its signal transmission. If the USB cables are not properly insulated (and a great many of them aren't, unfortunately), then they *will* act as antennas and the signal, because of the common frequency range, *will* interfere with Wireless and Bluetooth transmission.

I have seen plenty of warnings that many of the PCIe M.2 Wireless adapters will not work properly if plugged into anything other than a PCIe x1 slot. I have experienced this problem myself (it was a *real* problem in an mITX board that only had one x16 PCIe slot). If your installation is not into a PCIe x1 slot, I suggest you move it to a x1 slot and test again.

Hope this helps,

Hello liuzhiqiang

Thank you for your response. We hope that the information provided by n_scott_pearson has been helpful.

Also, after checking this further, this Comfast* CF-AX200 PCI-E wireless network card is actually considered a third-party device. Despite it comes with an Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 chip and it may use our generic drivers, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is Comfast* and this is what we call an OEM integration (Intel sells the chip to the OEM and they design this PCIe card that includes all the electronic to convert from M.2 to PCIe, they integrate the chip in the PCIe card and provide their own antennas and maybe customized drivers. They also label it with their own brand/model).

We recommend using the drivers and software* provided by your OEM Comfast* and addressing this behavior to them for proper assistance.

You may also check with the motherboard manufacturer ASUS* for compatibility information. For your convenience, here is the link to ASUS* Support

Having said that, we will proceed to close this inquiry now from our side. We will leave the thread open in case other users want to participate but this thread will no longer be monitored. Thank you for your understanding.
