I purchased an AX200 board and have been running it for about 3 years now, wifi and bluetooth. The last 6 months or so my bluetooth has quit working. I've reinstalled the drivers and clean installed then as well. WIFI works great, just not bluetooth. Any other ideas to get it to work?

When I try to find a Bluetooth device in settings it says its unavailable. When i look in device manager its not listed even when i view hidden devices. I did also try fresh install of all the drivers. I also tried running a system file check. Nothing has so far worked. It appears within apps and features in settings, and it did previously work. I made sure that it was plugged in correctly on the motherboard as well. My exact model is AX3000 TX50E V1
No I cant turn the Bluetooth feature on or off, its completely gone.
I dont get any error messages
Not sure if its detected in bios.
I changed my cpu a few months ago.
Its a custom built pc, so bought seperately.
Scan .txt file is left below.

Hello Cjaquier3,
Thank you for the prompt response. Before we can go any further, please be advised that the Archer TX50E AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Bluetooth 5.0 PCIe Adapter is an OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) device, we will try to assist you with general troubleshooting steps even if it’s something not traditionally covered in our support. However, if the issue still persists, you will have to contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer(TP-Link) of your device. Your device manufacturer may have altered features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to some components for better compatibility with your system.
Upon reviewing the system scan, it appears that it is not picking up or detecting that you have a Bluetooth component installed. Please be informed that Intel® only supplies generic versions of Wireless/Bluetooth Drivers for general purposes. Computer manufacturers might have changed the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to the driver software or software packaging.
Despite clean installing the driver that usually resolves the issue, it can translate into hardware issue. Perhaps, using the customized driver developed by TP-Link could address your concern. You may try installing the OEM drive from the link below:
https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-tx50e/
However, if installing the customized driver did not resolve the issue we highly recommend to coordinate with your OEM for further assistance for it may be a hardware fault.
Best regards,
Jay B.

Have you verified that this is the case? It is possible that, while replacing the processor, etc., this cable was dislodged from the motherboard.
Hope this helps,
