Code 10 and Code 43 problems at the same time with Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz

For the 1st time it happened in February after Windows update with code 10. I re-installed driver from Intel site and it worked perfectly for two months. Then in April it happened once again, but code was 43 instead of 10. Now after every reboot and even sleeping mode I get a driver problem. And this time it is two errors at once! It is both 10 and 43, if I want to update driver through windows update function. Still manual update works every time, I just have to install the driver and make a cold reboot. But this is really annoying! I tried clean install from both ASUS and Intel sites - doesn't work. I thought maybe some other drivers are causing this - I deleted all additional devices and their drivers - nothing. Then I checked BIOS -latest version and no problems. Now I just don't know where to search as I basically checked everything what may have been a reason for drivers malfunction. I have Windows 11 and this adapter was pre-installed.

Milana, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this matter, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

What is the model of the motherboard?

If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?

Is this a new computer?

When did you purchase it?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes, besides updating the driver, that might cause this issue?

JUst con confirm, the wireless card, did you purchase it separately or did it come installed on the computer?

Which specific Windows* version are you using?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":

Hello Milana, thank you very much for providing that information and the SSU report.

Accroding to the SSS document, the wireless driver currently installed on your computer is version 22.140.0.3, which is provided by Intel®:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351/windows-10-and-windows-11-wi-fi-drivers-for-intel-wireless-adapters.html?wapkw=ax201

It is important to mention that the Intel® wireless drivers are generic, meaning they migh tor might not work as expected on your specific device. For that reason, we always recommend to install the wireless driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since that driver was customized by them to work with your specific platform.

In the following link you will find additional troubleshooting steps in order to try to fix this problem related to errors 10 and 43 please follow the instructions shown there:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000031150/wireless.html

Since one of the steps recommended on the previous link is to install the wireless driver provided by ASUS, I looked on their website and the latest version they have available is V22.130.0.5. Please try a clean installation of that driver and once you get the chance, let us know the results:

Thank you, this driver versions did not help; neither 22.140.0.3 nor 22.130.0.5 worked, but I also asked Microsoft and there was an update with version 22.40.0.7 from march 2021 and it did help. So thank you very much for you help!

"I also asked Microsoft and there was an update with version 22.40.0.7 from march 2021 and it did help", Perfect, excellent, it is great to know that the problem with the wireless connection got fixed after installing the Windows update and now the computer is working properly.
