Contact the manufacturer of your notebook, as they are responsible for your support.

Support is provided here for only the retail versions of the Wireless modules. The OEM versions used by many of the laptop manufacturers can have different firmware and thus cannot be supported here. Reports of issues with the OEM versions can only come from.through the laptop manufacturers, so the issues need to be reported to and handled by them.
