Hello KGian1 Thank you for posting in the Intel Community. • What is the model of the system? (brand and model). • Is the Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 the one that came pre-installed on the system? • What are the driver versions that work properly on the system? • Are you having any error message on the system at the time of enabling the Windows® mobile hotspot? If you do please provide me with a picture of the error. • Have you completed a wireless driver clean installation? (See the steps below). • If the unit continues to have issues, Please attach to this thread the TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility • Steps to save the report: 1- Run the utility. 2- Click on “Scan” to get the scanned system. 3- Once the scan is complete click on “next”. 4- Use the “save” option, save the report to your desktop. 5- To attach a file, you must click the “Attach” option on the bottom left-hand corner of the response box. • Intel wireless clean installation: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022173/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html. Hope this helps. Regards, Leonardo C. Intel Customer Support Technician Under Contract to Intel Corporation

Here is log for the bad drivers. Also worth noting that after i did a clean install (with deleting the previous configuration) of the new drivers the problems are worst. There is difficulty connecting to the network, adapter seems to reset every 5s. Will try to update over the old working drivers to see if i can get them to work like before to show you the other error. Rolling back to the old drivers everything is working perfectly. Your new drivers are completely broken.

Hello KGian1 Thank you for waiting. I have tested the Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers for Windows® 10 Version: 20.100.0 on an Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7HVK in order to review the Microsoft mobile hotspot behavior and I did not faced any restriction or problem to enable the feature. • Is the system on an enterprise environment? • Are you having any red flag restriction reported on the Operating System? if you do please provide us with an screenshot of the windows settings, mobile hotspot options/error. • Have you tested the Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers for Windows® 10 Version: 20.110.0 on the system? o Reference link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28503/Intel-PROSet-Wireless-Software-and-Drivers-for-Windows-10?product=99446. Hello Leonardo.

I can confirm the hotspot issue at least has been resolved successfully with the latest 20.100.3 updates that came out 3 days ago. Thanks for notifying me to their release. I cannot confirm that everything else works smoothly though since i've just installed them, but assume if i don't reply back the drivers are working normally.
