Question: How much power can be transmitted via a mobile device?

Is it possible for one with a mobile device to transmit power to another person whose battery is dead or dying via electromagnetic radiation. Do you think its possible?

Please note that the power transmission technology you are asking about is completely different from the wireless communication technologies we handle in the Intel® Wireless Communities.
