Hi team,
I upgraded Windows 11 Professional from 23H2 to 24H2 on my laptop Dell with Intel AX201 card on-board.
And found that It stopped to connect to router via 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) and started to connect only via 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5).
I have updated drivers to 23.100.1 https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/130293/intel-wifi-6-ax201-gig/downloads.html
but it was not helpful.
How to restore WiFi6?
It looks like certificate, what was used to sign WiFi 6 drivers - was revoked in Windows 24H2.

Hi SignFinder,
Thank you for posting in the Community!
Please share more details about the issue so I can assist you effectively.
Have tried a roll back to a previous driver version for testing?
Is this a laptop or desktop system?
I suggest doing the steps here in this link:

This is laptop Dell Latitude 5521.
I tried several Intel Wifi driver versions and no any version works with WIFI6 when Windows 10 24H2 installed.
But if I revert Windows version to 23H2 - connectivity via Wifi6 restoring with any driver version.
How to achieve connectivity with WiFi 6 (802.11ax) + Intel AX 201 + Windows 24H2?

Hi SignFinder,
This is well acknowledged, I suggest you try the recommended settings for further compatibility:
Recommended Settings for 802.11ax Connectivity
Let me know if the issue still persists.
Note: Please note that this is an OEM device, so I will try to assist you with general troubleshooting steps. However, if the issue persists, you will have to contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer of your device. Your device manufacturer may have altered features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to some components for better compatibility with your system.
Best regards,
Dean R.

Yes, issue still persists.
I have made clean installation of Intel WIFI drivers too and check recommended settings.
Let me highlight that:
1. WIFI 6 on Windows 11 23H2 works well with several versions of Intel WIFI drivers.
2. Another devices works well with WIFI 6 when they connect to the router.
3. Now two (laptop with Intel AX201 and another desktop with AX200 cards onboard) devices stopped to connect to the router via 802.11ax after their upgrade to Windows 11 24H2.
4. I use official Intel WIFI drivers, not manufacturer drivers.

Hi SignFinder,
To further investigate the issue, please follow these steps:
Download and Install the Latest Wireless Driver:
- Download and install the latest wireless driver from DELL, version 23.90.0.2, A47. Check if there are any changes. You can find other drivers here: Support for Latitude 5521 | Drivers & Downloads | Dell US
Clarify Band Connectivity:
- Confirm whether you are unable to connect to the 6GHz band. According to the laptop specifications, only the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands are supported (refer to page 15 of the manual Latitude 5521 Setup and Specifications).
Router/Modem Information:
- Please provide the make and model of the router/modem you are using to connect the computer.
Obtain SSU Logs:
- Obtain the SSU logs of the system to fully check the system configuration.
- Download and launch SSU.exe.
- Check the box for "Everything."
- When the scanning is complete, click "Next."
- Click "Save."
- Please send the saved file to us.

Hi DeancR,
Sorry for the delay with the answer.
I have installed latest Dell WIFI drivers version 23.90.0.2, A47 and nothing changed - 802.11ac available only.
My router is Zyxel Keenetic Ultra and there is at lest Google Pixel 9, what connects to this router via 802.11.ax successfully.
What about Dell specification - I can only confirm that this laptop was able to connect to this router via 802.11ax before it was updated to Windows 11 24 H2 from 23H2.
SSU logs are attached to this message.

Thanks for your attention.
It is a pity, because Microsoft already declined to research it and asked to go to laptop manufacturer.
In result - closed circle and nobody is responsible for this problem.

Hi @SignFinder
Test your WiFi 6 after disabling Memory Integrity protection (in Core isolation).

Hi @LeonWaksman
Thanks for your idea. But unfortunately Memory Integrity Protection is already disabled.
To be honest - I've resigned myself to the fact that no one will fix this problem - I'll live with WIFI 5.

I suggest you do a full and proper clean install. Here is the process to follow:
- If you haven't already, download - but do not install just yet - the latest Bluetooth and Wireless driver packages for your adapter. Here are the current links for downloading these drivers: Wireless: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351 and Bluetooth: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18649.
- Most important! Disable Internet access. Unplug Ethernet cable and/or disable wireless. Keep disabled until told to re-enable. Note: This Wireless disable *must* be of type that will persist (i.e. stay disabled) across reboots.
- From the Apps & Features applet, check for instances of Intel PROSet/Wireless Software and Intel Wireless Bluetooth. If none, skip forward to Step 6.
- Uninstall each instance of Intel PROSet/Wireless Software and/or Intel Wireless Bluetooth that is present. When prompted, choose to "Discard Settings".
- Manually reboot your computer, keeping Internet access disabled throughout.
- From the Device Manager applet, check the Network Adapters section for an entry for Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201, and check the Bluetooth section for an entry for Intel Wireless Bluetooth that has an Intel driver associated with it. If neither is the case, skip forward to Step 12.
- Right click on the entry for Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 and select Uninstall Device. In the dialog that is then presented, choose to (checkmark) Delete the driver software for this device.
- Repeat step 7 until the option to Delete the driver software for this device is not offered (i.e., is greyed out).
- Right click on the entry for Intel Wireless Bluetooth and open its properties. If it has an Intel driver associated with it, then uninstall it, choosing to (checkmark) Delete the driver software for this device.
- Repeat step 9 until the option to Delete the driver software for this device is not offered (i.e., is greyed out).
- Go back to Step 5.
- Install the downloaded Bluetooth driver package you downloaded earlier (my rule: always install Bluetooth first).
- Install the downloaded Wireless driver package you downloaded earlier.
- Manually shutdown and reboot your computer.
- Reenable Internet access. Restore Ethernet cable and/or reenable wireless.
- Test.
Note: It sometimes takes multiple uninstall (and reboot) cycles to clean out the old installations, so don't give up on the process. If you get to, say, 10 cycles, stop there and attempt the installation of the latest drivers.
Hope this helps,
...S

This problem seems to be the start is being set to 6. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WinHttpAutoProxySvc\ and set Start to 2 (2 worked for me)
This seems to only apply to the 210 and 211 so far.
