Hello, there is a problem with the network adapter.
I stopped working properly about a month ago, all the time I tried to fix it somehow, but all to no avail.
The drivers were updated several times, the Windows system was also updated to the latest version, but this did not give much, because even if some method of fixing helped, it helped for a maximum of 4 hours.
Laptop Version: FX506HE-HN012W

hello, now I am looking through your offer options and there is a question about OEM drivers, I attached screenshots below, is it really suitable?
Hello mmmorise,
Thank you for providing the screenshots for us to visualize your concern. First, may I know if the AX201 is pre-installed in your device, or did you upgrade your Wi-Fi card? Also, there's no need to worry about the AX201 and AX200 since the drivers for both are compatible with each other.
But we encourage you to download and install the OEM driver; also, before doing that, kindly let me know if AX201 is pre-installed or upgraded.
I look forward to your response!
Best regards,

Hello, I'm testing your recommendations for fixing the problem, I'll let you know soon how it went.
As for the AX201 version, this is the original version that was when I bought the laptop
I finished testing the options from the forum you proposed, unfortunately it did not help me( even if the Internet returned, then in an hour or less time everything returns to its place, I am waiting for your answer about OEM drivers and will install them
hello, I downloaded what you suggested and I have a question, did I really do everything right? Because there are no external changes, it seems that this is how it should be?
Below attached a screenshot
Hello mmmorise,
The driver version is correct, that is the intended driver of your laptop. Can you clarify if the issue persists after installing the driver from your laptop manufacturer?

Hello again, unfortunately the problem persisted, although this time the test took longer than usual, in the list of events Windows writes 4 at once
Mistakes 2 of which are:
Failure due to an internal error
And I attached another screenshot below.
For quite a long time I have had the idea in my head that this is not a systemic problem, but a technical one, what do you think about this?
Hello mmmorise,

hello JohnM_Intel
Sorry for making you wait for an answer, here are the answers to the questions
1. After updating, is there any error code in the device manager?
Unfortunately, yes error 43/10, they happen after about an hour of active use of the laptop
2. Can you provide a screenshot of the device manager and the network adapter?
I have been testing the laptop for 3 hours and so far there is no error, I suspect that not everything has been fixed, so please do not close the dialog, as soon as the error pops up, I will immediately send you a screenshot
3. Did you reset the whole system?
I don't quite understand what you mean, but perhaps what I did, or rather this is resetting the system (which led me to the laptop settings on the number 01.23.2025), this is what you mean
4. Did you follow every step in the troubleshooting method?
Yes, I used every method, but it didn't help me
