problème wi fi (6062 - Lso was triggered)

Depuis quelque temps j'ai des problème depuis que j'ai installé une MàJ du pilote 

Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz

les problèmes sont des déconnexion des serveurs et dès que ça arrive il y a l'avertissement dans l'observateur d'évènement mis dans le titre. Lorsque ça freeze j'ai par exemple la musique spotify qui boucle les mêmes 3 sec de musique quand je suis en train de jouer et dès que je alt+tab la musique revient à la normal je sais pas pourquoi (ce n'est qu'un exemple parmi d'autres) et discord qui bug et se relance instantanément, lorsqu'il y a le freeze il y a donc un avertissement dans l'observateur et quand je laisse le ping 8.8.8.8 -t je vois qu'il y a le paquet qui est expiré à ce moment. J'ai un msi katana 15 B12VGK-274FR j'ai déjà fait la MàJ des pilotes via le logiciel intel. Avant de faire les MàJ j'avais déjà des pertes de paquets de donnée mais jamais de déconnexion. Je pense que ça vient du pilote

Si quelqu'un pourrait savoir comment régler ce problème merci d'avance.

1. Is the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201 the pre-installed wi-fi card in your laptop or is it an integration (upgrade/ not the original card)? 
2. Can you please provide a screenshot of the Event Viewer warning you mentioned? 
3. Does this issue happen with other streaming apps or apps in general? 
4. Have you tried your laptop's manufacturer driver? Please check on the notes below:

Pour répondre à vos questions :

1. L'Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201 n'est pas le pilote d'origine, on m'a conseillé de le mettre car j'ai déjà essayé plusieurs de mettre le pilote d'origine sur le site web de MSI mais ça ne fonctionne pas.

3.J'utilise cet ordinateur uniquement pour le jeu mais aussi un peu pour travailler, pour l'instant ça arrive sur les applications en général

4. Je l'ai essayé avant d'utiliser le vôtre et ça ne fonctionnait pas.

J'ai fais mes recherches de mon côté sur le Lso et j'ai trouvé dans les propriétés du pilote 2 paramètres qui semblent fonctionnés comme un Lso, je les ai désactivé et depuis ça fonctionne mieux, je vais essayé de faire de même avec le pilote originel. De plus, ma livebox ne fait que wi-fi 5 alors que le pilote Intel est wi-fi 6 même s'il est rétro compatible est-ce possible que cela créer des problèmes ?

Voici les 2 paramètres que j'ai désactivé, délestage ARP, délestage NS.

Using a Wi-Fi 5 router with a Wi-Fi 6 card, it's using old technology and it might cause performance issues.

However, it is worth mentioning that Intel does not support wireless integrations (installing a different wireless adapter into your system/laptop). We recommend you speak to the Manufacturer of your equipment for support on wireless integrations and replacement parts to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements of your country and support. It is important to check for compatibility with the System Manufacturer, as there could be certain cards that will not work with the system.

Hello, @Beesox.

As additional information, disconnections could be related to integration since the 6xxx events by the Intel Wi-Fi driver are informational (even if Windows may indicate some of these as "Warning" level) and don't need to be worried about. There should be no functional impact caused by these events.
