Purchase of Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran and C++ Windows

Hi,

I was using Intel Parallel studio XE 2017 Cluster Edition (student edition). The license expires on Jan 20, 2021. 

In order to have a continued use I made a purchase (Order Number: P0425239) of the composer edition (using the "renew" link from Intel Software Manager). However, I made a purchase of the composer edition using the same serial number as the cluster edition which I was using. 

Even after the purchase (and refreshing) the Intel Software Manager is not being able to detect the new purchase. I tried downloading the Intel Parallel Studio Composer Edition but am unable to find a download link. 

Could you please help?
