Hi, I would like to raise a service request related to an IP core. Could any of you please give me the exact link or procedure for the same?

Hi SChat4,

The "Service Request" (in mySupport) no longer exist and has been migrate as IPS (Intel Premier Support). Please go to the "my Intel" link below in order to start get the FPGA technical support either via IPS (Intel Premier Support) or forum. If you have an existing "mySupport" account, you should be able log in "my Intel" using your existing user name and require to reset the password (during 1st time log in). Otherwise you need to create a new account in "my Intel" to start register for IPS account:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/my-intel/fpga-sign-in.html?redirect=/content/www/us/en/secure/my-intel/dashboard.html

Please refer to the attached screen shot. Once you have registered, as least after 2 working days, you should be receiving an email notification from Intel regarding on your IPS account registration request.

Hi NYusof,

I visited the following link(https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/design/support/ips/training/access-and-login.html) and tried visiting premiersupport.intel.com site. However, it says I don't have access to IPS and that I need to contact FAE to get access. I have attached the screenshot also. Please have a look at the same. Thank You.

Surya

Hi SChat4,

Once you have registered, as least after 2 working days, you should be receiving an email notification from Intel regarding on your IPS account registration request. Did you check your mailbox with your company email address that you have registered for IPS account request? As far I know, only users with valid company email address are allow (can be use) during the registration process. If you are using your own personal email address, the system will not allow to continue the IPS registration process. Thus please check your mailbox (with your valid company email address) that you have registered for IPS account request for the next instructions.

Also, if you have successful registered, then you should be able to log into your "my Intel" account. Please log into your "my Intel" account and check in the dashboards for the button on Intel Premier Support access.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/my-intel/fpga-sign-in.html?redirect=/content/www/us/en/secure/my-intel/dashboard.html

We have no visibility or access regarding on the IPS registration process for any users.

Regards,

Nooraini
