Intel Download Center Not Downloading Files

I'm trying to download Quartus II 20.1.1 Lite for Windows so that I can work on a Cyclone 10 LP. When I click the download button on the Intel Download Center there is no response from the web page and nothing is downloaded. I have tried on Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, and Chrome all of them have the same issue. The download button does not work even if I try changing the version of Quartus II being downloaded or the file that I choose to download. My OS is a Windows 10. Can someone explain to me how I correct this, or somewhere that I can download a version of Quartus II Lite that has the Cyclone 10 LP?

I was able to find a link to download the 18.1 version from another users post.

If you want Quartus 20.1.1 Lite then this alternate link should worked for you. Just change the version in the link and you should be good to go. Quartus-lite-20.1.1.720-windows.tar - you can get this info from the https://fpgasoftware.intel.com => Combined File.

https://download.altera.com/akdlm/software/acdsinst/20.1std.1/720/ib_installers/QuartusLiteSetup-20.1.1.720-windows.exe

Though you have a workaround, to debug the download issue, you could try to:
- Clear cache and cookies in your internet browser
- Temporary disable your antivirus software that might disable it
- Reset your internet connection or
- Try to change sign-in account (if account issue)

I tried to log in with my own personal account (gmail) and I am able to download it (by clicking the download down arrow) from Chrome. Hope the above information helps.

I was having this exact problem just now trying to get vs 17.0 Lite. Couldn't get Chrome or Edge to do anything after clicking 'Agree' to the warning after clicking the download arrow. What did get it to work was downloading Opera and using that!
