Hi Liran,

Instead of selecting "Examine", can you please select "Program/Configure" for programming?

Hi Liran Fun,

Examine is not meant for programming / burning. If thats the case, i would suggest you to burn SOF file into the device as it is volatile.

This is a CPLD device, which is EEPROM based, not SRAM based. It uses a .pof file for programming, NOT a .sof file.

The option you could try is a VERIFY of the programmed device versus a known .pof file, if you have one.

The only other option is to reprogram the CPLD with a .pof file and do a verify after programming to validate it programmed correctly.

There is no way to download a new temporary file to try it without completely reprogramming the device.
