Cannot install the RealSense SDK ,looklike crash?

Trying to install the SDK R5, But it gets stuck in the slash screen, then the installer close,and no any messages .

I'm using windows 8.1  64 bit ,enterprise with all update .

CPU:Intel core i5-4260U , RAM: 4GB.

I have downloaded the SDK(1,473,129KB) twice :(

Please collect your installer logs from %TEMP%\micl_tmp_<yourlogin>, zip and post attachment here.
