Hello JoyLee,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to further check this, please help provide the following details:
- What is the complete brand and model of your laptop?
- Was it working fine before?
- What was the last change made in the system before the issue started?
- How is the speed if you are not connected to VPN?
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,

Hello JoyLee,
Thank you for the update.
I am looking at the default specification of Dell Latitude 3540, Intel BE200 is not the embedded wireless controller. Did you manually install this wireless card on your laptop?
And also, please help generate the SSU logs of your system. Kindly refer to the link below on how to generate the logs:

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Hello JoyLee,
I hope you are having a good day.
Regarding this thread, let me also add that upon further checking, the supported wireless cards according to the DELL manual, which are Intel AX211 and Realtek RTL8852BE. Here's the link: https://dl.dell.com/content/manual35722890-latitude-3540-setup-and-specifications.pdf?language=en-us
For additional troubleshooting, please refer to the following links:

However, it is best to coordinate and contact Dell regarding this issue.
Thank you and have a great day.
