  2. Was it working fine before?
  3. What was the last change made in the system before the issue started?
  4. How is the speed if you are not connected to VPN?

Thank you for the update.


I am looking at the default specification of Dell Latitude 3540, Intel BE200 is not the embedded wireless controller. Did you manually install this wireless card on your laptop?


And also, please help generate the SSU logs of your system. Kindly refer to the link below on how to generate the logs:

Regarding this thread, let me also add that upon further checking, the supported wireless cards according to the DELL manual, which are Intel AX211 and Realtek RTL8852BE. Here's the link: https://dl.dell.com/content/manual35722890-latitude-3540-setup-and-specifications.pdf?language=en-us
