How to auto detect a second monitor

I have to manual detect the second monitor every time I time out. I have a HDMI cable and this was not a problem with older pin connection models. My graphics is Intel HD Graphics Control Panel.

What is the model number of your processor?

What operating system? Windows 10? What version? 1903?

Have you tried a different HDMI cable?

Is your device a laptop or desktop? Provide model number.

Get yourself updated from 1709 to 1903.

Try a different cable.

And, contact Dell for assistance, as they are solely responsible for your support and warranty.
