Hi I have a new surface book
I'm not able to use the LG Ultrawide monitor with 2560x1080 resolution. Windows 10 reports 1920x1080 (recommended).
I downloaded your driver and this is the info from Intel Graphics Control Panel:
Can you help me to solve this issue?

Gigetto, I have the same issue and have been reading around. I just read this which seems to be we need to get the surface dock to make it work or MDP-DP cable as HDMI wont do it.
Good luck, I am off to buy a cable now

I purchased a Belkin Mini Display Port to HDMI adapter rated at 4K ($30 AUD), and have a HMDI cable straight into monitor......and it works! Finally!
Here's the catch, the Belkin MDP plug is thicker than the Surface Book so you need to prop it up or find a thinner plug.

Hi gigetto,
In regards to your issue, it is recommended to use the drivers provided with your pc manufacturer. They customized our drivers.
Go to device manager, uninstall and delete the current graphics driver then, restart the system and run Windows® 10 update.

Mike C
