Hello 秋枫,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

Please run the following tool and attach the report generated.

1. Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU)

  • Intel® SSU Download link
  • Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
  • Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  • To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

  1. How are you installing the driver? Are you using Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA)?
  2. Please share a link of the Chipset driver being downloaded.

Regards,

Hello 秋枫 and @AdrianM_Intel

I have been looking into this issue but I was not able to determine the root cause or replicate the issue, see for example the screenshot attached after running an equivalent test.

It may be a good idea to check on memory compatibility, go here: Intel® Product Compatibility Tool and also by running a 3rd party tool such as https://www.memtest86.com/

I hope this helps,
